It is great pleasure and being extremely privileged to have the opportunity to deliver a lecture to newly-appointed Tehsildars, district administration officers at tehsil level, in their ongoing pre-service training in the Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA), government of Balochistan, Quetta, a training institute for pre-and-in-service civil servants in Balochistan on Friday, 29 March 2024. The lecture discussion session was devoted on Documents and File Management Techniques.
