I have authored Policy Research Guide for providing guidance to conduct policy research for mid-level civil servants for their mid-career management course (MCMC), mandatory training for their promotion to the next grade as well as for students of public policy, and policy practitioners and executioners. The author, Rehmat Ullah, has written the guide primarily for the MCMC participants of Balochistan civil services academy (BCSA), government of Balochistan, Quetta.
